From our wholly owned sail loft in the Philippines Hyde Sails started working with Dano See developing a range of kites for Dano's brand DSD MFG. From this came Hyde Kites and with Dano's design experience and 20 years in the kite industry along with Hyde's commitment to quality and service our new range of Hyde Kites were born.

DSD.MFG head Designer and chief Engineer – Dano See has been in the Wind Sports industry for 20+ years competing and developing his own products which are still being used by many brands today. After working for many large multi national companies he now brings you a range of products based entirely from own experience working in the industry and riding core locations around the world with the worlds best. The Philippines is now his home and manufacturing is done by world renown high end yacht manufacturers – HYDE SAILS bringing you ex-factory products right from the heart of a well respected, high end quality production facility in the Philippines.

We test and refine all our products until we ourselves as kitesurfers think they are the best they can be. We are in no rush to launch products if they aren’t ready. Once we are ripping on the new gear, then we offer it to you.

Although we have been designing kite gear for 20 years, our name DSD MFG is somewhat new, so we have priced our gear accordingly. This doesn’t mean we cut corners on quality… on the contrary we have everything to prove, so that is what we are doing. Making the highest quality gear available for the lowest possible price.
